 My approach is to integrate evidence-based therapies with holistic and experiential interventions, this may allow clients to gain insight into their own mental health. I offer online sessions, so that clients can access the help they need when and where it's most convenient. I am committed to providing quality care and creating a safe, supportive environment for all of my clients. I will pick you up where you are by implementing effective psychotherapy methods to instill self understanding among people in difficult situations and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings toward life situations. It is essential to keep in mind, that therapy is not a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and caretaker alike. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping easier with feelings of sadness, fear and pain can bring life-altering results, balance and healing. The service is offered online in both English and German for individuals, couples, adolescents and elderly people.
